Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 2026. By submitting an inquiry you agree to these terms.

Where Our Role Begins and Ends

Anchorline Global primarily acts as a sourcing agent and introducer. In most cases, we do not take title to goods, guarantee performance, or become a party to any contract between a buyer and a supplier. Due diligence, quality inspection, payment terms and shipping arrangements remain the responsibility of the transacting parties.

Where a buyer requests it, we may purchase goods directly from a supplier and arrange shipment on their behalf. In these cases we act only as a facilitator of that specific transaction and do not guarantee the quality or performance of the goods.

No warranty on counterparties

We review the information provided to us in good faith, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of statements made by any buyer or supplier, nor the quality, legality, timing or fitness of any goods. Each party remains responsible for its own due diligence, inspection, contracts and compliance.
