We are a sourcing agent. We take a written requirement from a buyer or a capability profile from a supplier, review it, and introduce matching counterparties across the US ↔ Sri Lanka corridor. In most engagements we make the introduction and are not a party to the transaction between the two sides. For buyers who choose our fee-based option, we do purchase the goods directly from the supplier and act as principal for that specific transaction, including pricing and shipping. In most engagements, no. Once an introduction is made, pricing, contracts, inspection, payment and shipping are agreed directly between buyer and supplier. For buyers who choose our fee-based principal service, we do handle pricing and shipping directly for that transaction. We review new inquiries and get back to you within 5 business days. A full introduction typically takes 2 to 6 weeks end to end. Matching timelines beyond that depend on the category and the specificity of the requirement.

No. Submitting a buyer inquiry or a supplier profile is free. Any commercial arrangement is discussed separately and only where relevant.

Attachments are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly accessible. Only we can open them, and only through short-lived signed links.

We share only what is necessary to make an introduction, and only once both sides have agreed to proceed. We do not sell data.

Every inquiry gets a reference such as BYR-2026-0001 or SUP-2026-0001. Quote it in any follow-up email so we can find your record immediately.

For Sri Lanka → US, we currently focus on Spices, Tea, and Coconut Charcoal. For US → Sri Lanka, we currently focus on Beauty, Bath & Body Care Products. Other categories are considered on request — submit an inquiry and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it.
