Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026. This policy explains what we collect through our inquiry forms and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you submit a buyer or supplier inquiry we collect the details you enter: contact name, company name, email address, phone number, country, and the commercial details of your requirement or capability. If you attach documents or images, we store those files too.
Why we collect it
- To review and respond to your inquiry.
- To identify and approach suitable counterparties in the sourcing corridor.
- To make introductions once both sides have agreed to proceed.
- To keep a record of the inquiry against its reference number.
How your information is stored
Inquiry records are held in a managed database with access restricted to Anchorline Global. Uploaded documents are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly readable; we open them only through short-lived signed links.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary to make an introduction, and only after both parties have agreed to proceed. We do not sell your information, and we do not publish it. Service providers who host our infrastructure and databases, and who deliver our emails, process data on our behalf under their own agreements. We do not permit them to use your data for any other purpose.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to service the relationship and to meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your choices
Write to info@anchorlineglobal.net quoting your reference number to request a copy, a correction, or deletion of your information.
Cookies
This site uses only the storage strictly necessary to operate the forms and the administrator sign-in session. We do not run advertising trackers.
