From inquiry to introduction.
Every inquiry follows the same tracked sequence, whichever side of the corridor it comes from. We get back to you within 5 business days, and a full introduction typically takes 2 to 6 weeks end to end.

Inquiry submitted
Within 1 business day
You complete the buyer or supplier form. We issue a reference number in the format BYR-YYYY-0001 or SUP-YYYY-0001 and email you a confirmation.

Review & clarification
2 to 4 business days
We read the requirement in full, check the attachments, and confirm the category is one we can serve. If anything is unclear we come back to you with specific questions.

Matching
5 to 15 business days
We approach counterparties in the corridor. For buyers, that means factories or suppliers that fit on product, capacity, and price band. For suppliers, that means live requirements from buyers on the other side of the corridor matching your line.
- 04
Introduction
3 to 7 business days
Once both sides agree to proceed, we introduce you directly. From that point the commercial relationship, including pricing, contracts, inspection, payment and shipping, is between the two parties.

What each inquiry status means
Most inquiries move from submission to a first response within 5 business days. That means reaching Under Review and hearing back from us. Reaching Introduction Made takes longer and depends on the category and how specific the requirement is.

No longer being worked. Either you asked us to stop (withdrawn), or we could not find a fit for the requirement (not viable). We always tell you which one applies.
